We\'re hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor in Watertown, WI, for this dynamic and forward-thinking organization. Schedule: 10:00pm - 7:00am, Monday - Friday Salary: \$60,000 - \$75,000/yr. (Based on experience) Essential tasks: Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing operations by implementing capital expenditure plans and swiftly managing production downtime. Oversee maintenance staff and service vendors while ensuring plant facility and production engineering needs are met with a focus on efficiency and safety. Lead projects for the Plant Manager and Global Management, including writing, quoting, and presenting capital projects. Manage and enhance the Maintenance CMMS system while supporting new facility installations, team training, and operational ramp-ups. Develop SOPs for the maintenance team and foster a strong safety-first culture.
