We are currently accepting applications for a Safety Manager in our State-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Watertown, WI, conveniently located between Madison and Milwaukee. This position will work Monday - Friday 7:00AM-4:30PM and will report to the Middleton Plant Manager. Onsite Fitness Facility Annual Bonus Potential - 5%+ JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the overall coordination and implementation of environmental health and safety programs at all CQC locations to ensure a safe work environment and assure compliance with safety standards. Tactically execute site specific safety programs for CQC\'s Watertown Facility. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned. Site Safety Lead for Watertown facility. Develops and maintains safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines. Manage the process to review policies on a yearly basis. Assists with accident investigation, ensures completion of the accident report paperwork and follow-ups, as necessary. Develops and implements accident data analysis and recurrence prevention programs and procedures. Conducts and coordinates on-site reviews and audits of CQC\'s Watertown facility, as well as on-site audits of construction and capital activity.
