This is an exempt position working, 3-4 days per week from 4:30AM - 5:30PM. Onsite Fitness Facility Annual Bonus Potential - 5%+ JOB SUMMARY:The Shipping and Receiving Supervisor coordinates daily operations in the warehouse, transportation, quality, manufacturing, customer service, and execution of supply chain plan and strategies. The Shipping & Receiving Supervisor will ensure that all jobs are performed following all company, safety and quality policies while maintaining high productivity. The S&R Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership, coaching, corrective action, and reviewing employee\'s performance fairly and consistently.
