Job Title: Industrial Painter
Job Description
Clean, sand, and prepare surfaces for painting by applying primers and undercoats.
Apply a variety of industrial coatings using tools such as sprayers, brushes, and rollers.
Inspect painted surfaces for uniformity, thickness, and defects, ensuring compliance with specifications.
Set up, operate, and maintain painting equipment, including sprayers and compressors.
Follow all safety guidelines and use protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain records of materials used and work completed.
Mask units per work instructions.
Load units to be painted on the conveyor system.
Paint units per work instructions.
Essential Skills
1 year of experience in industrial painting.
Proficiency with painting tools such as spray guns, brushes, and rollers.
Experience with paint booth operations and paint preparation.
Ability to work with hand tools and in a production environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in an industrial environment.
Knowledge of safety protocols and equipment maintenance.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.32 - $21.93/hr.
