Actalent Quality Assurance Supervisor in Wautoma, Wisconsin

Job Title: Quality Assurance SupervisorJob Description

Provide leadership support to plant QA Techs, operations, and laboratory. Participate in resolving issues throughout the facility to ensure quality standards are upheld. Responsible for GMP compliance, plant quality audits, and assist with continuous development of quality programs. Additionally, manage non-conformance including system holds or assisting with rework on-line.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership support to plant QA Techs, operations, and laboratory.

  • Participate in resolving issues throughout the facility to ensure quality standards are upheld.

  • Ensure GMP compliance.

  • Conduct plant quality audits.

  • Assist with the continuous development of quality programs.

  • Manage non-conformance including system holds.

  • Assist with rework on-line.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of QA experience within Food or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.

  • 1+ years of leadership experience (could be auditing, training, lead, supervisor, etc.).

Work Environment

Work schedule is Monday to Friday, from Sunday night through Friday morning, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Opportunities for development and advancement are available throughout the entire organization.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $32.00/hr.
