Pay rate: $22-30/hr (based on experience, certifications, and demonstrated skils)
Job Responsibilities:
- Operating and care for heavy equiment such as bulldozers, loaders, and excavators, skid steers, etc.
- Reading and interpreting site plans and construction drawings.
- Coordinating with other crew members to ensure precise movements and operations.
- Adhering to dafety guidelines and maintainng a safe work enviornment.
- Conducting mec;hanisms and controlling equipment using levers, foot pedals, operatting switches, and joysticks.
- Work with laborers as needed to complete various tasks.
Positions Requirements:
- Must have valid driver's license
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
- Ability to work in all weather.
Workers must be punctual and reliable.
