Friendly Express is seeking a skilled HVAC/Refrigeration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities. The technician will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition and meet safety standards.
Responsibilities:
-Performing maintenance on HVAC and Refrigeration systems
-Minor electrical work
-Plumbing
-Floor Repairs
-Painting
-Ceiling tile and insulation replacement
-Pick up, deliver, set up equipment
-Pressure Washing
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities
Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facilities as needed
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
-Must be able to bend, squat, push, pull and lift 50-75lbs, climb ladders, and work inside or outside as the issue requires
-Willingness to work an on call rotating weekend schedule
-Valid driver's license
Pay is negotiable based on previous experience and references.
