IQVIA Client Service Analyst - Medicare Part B in Wayne, United States

Job Summary

Creates, maintains, validates, and delivers Medicare Part B deliverables, as well as provides guidance and support to clients daily. The Client Service Analyst is also critically involved in market definition maintenance and set up for said clients.

The Client Service Analyst is responsible to:

  • Manage the Medicare Part B deliverable process, including processing of reports.

  • Ensure contract fulfillment to specifications of basic and routine reports for defined customers.

  • Review client data requirements to ensure that deliverables meet the customer's specifications, including timeliness and quality.

  • Follow IQVIA data verification protocols. Monitors transmission of delivery and notifies client when complete.

  • Assist with Data Investigation submission process

  • Research, analyze and respond to client inquiries that may be complex and non-routine in nature.

  • Provide support to client engagement meetings virtually or at customer sites.

  • May produce ad-hoc reports using internal tools on demand.

  • Conducts product/services and process training for clients and other employees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or related work experience Required

  • One (1) to two (2) years’ experience as an IQVIA Client Service Representative Preferred

  • Broad knowledge of the concepts, practices and procedures of the client service representative field Required

  • Broad knowledge of IQVIA products and the pharmaceutical industry Preferred

  • Knowledge of Delivery processes (sFTP, AWS3, etc.) Preferred

  • Meeting facilitation, presentation and training experience Required

  • Proficiency in PC applications, such as Excel

  • Ability to communicate effectively with various levels in the organization (written and oral) and to manipulate large transactional databases

  • Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and strong customer service skills

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships in a diverse business environment

  • Ability to travel to clients and IQVIA offices as appropriate

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $61,100.00 - $101,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
