Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Rental/Booking Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with using computers to perform e-bike rental bookings and will have the ability to greet customers, answer questions, and assist with rental transactions. This role requires a strong understanding of e-bikes and their components, as well as the ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use computers to perform e-bike rental bookings.
- Greet customers and answer general questions regarding the store and its location.
- Understand, describe, and explain e-bikes and their components to customers.
- Recommend and select equipment based on customer needs and desires.
- Maintain knowledge of policies regarding payment and exchanges, along with security practices.
- Receive payment by cash or credit cards, issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due.
- Remove and record the amount of cash in the register at the end of the shift.
- Stock shelves and counters with retail merchandise.
- Perform inventory counts.
- Clean shelves and counters.
- Bag merchandise for customers.

Qualifications:
- No formal schooling is required.
- Must have computer skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Available to work day and weekend shifts.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of e-bikes and their components.
- Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of e-bikes and cycling equipment is a plus.
