Job Title: Service Desk Technician
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Service Desk Technician with 6months to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Service Desk Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. You will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our end users.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for computer hardware, software, and applications.
Troubleshoot and support mobile devices, including iPhones, iPads, and Android devices.
Maintain and adhere to service level agreements (SLAs).
Communicate technical solutions effectively to end users.
Offer one-on-one training sessions for end users to enhance their technical skills.
Appropriately escalate issues to the next level of support when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A+ certification or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in a service desk or helpdesk role, with a focus on troubleshooting and technical support.
Proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10 and Office 365.
Experience with mobile device support, including Android, iPhone, and iPad.
Familiarity with enterprise ticketing systems, with preference given to experience with ServiceNow.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory and password reset procedures.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.80 - $20.80/hr.
