TEKsystems Healthcare Call Center Rep (Bilingual) in West Covina, California

Description:

inbound/outbound calls with patients and doctors

insurance verification

verify eligibility

Taking and tasking messages to providers and staff throughout the clinic

Scheduling and confirming appointments

Covering for front office receptionist who are out

Handling of calls between 2-10 minutes per call depending on the nature/need of the call

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

healthcare or call center experience required (1-3 years minimum)

bilingual Spanish required
