Job Title: Assembly Worker
Schedule: 1st and 2nd shift available
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for using small hand and power tools to assemble products. This job demands a high level of precision and commitment to maintain quality standards. You will be expected to work from diagrams and prints, and possess more than basic knowledge of tools and processes. Some features of the work may entail complexity and require you to use judgment with minimal direct instruction. You will frequently handle weights between 20-50 lbs while standing. Moreover, you must be ready to work overtime when needed and be committed to the company's safety program. Constant care is necessary to prevent serious injury. Lastly, your ability to learn quickly and to instruct other employees is crucial, as teamwork is valued at all levels in our company.
Hard Skills
HS Diploma or GED
Knowledge of tools and processes
Ability to read, write, add, and subtract
Ability to read tape measure
Ability to work from diagrams and prints
Handling weights between 20-50 lbs
