The
Card Services Representative
is responsible for
providing member service and sales support in respect to plastic cards and the Visa loan product as a whole. Responsible for processing and following-up on non-fraud disputes in regards to debit and credit cards. Also responsible for card/loan maintenance, troubleshooting cardholder denials, and GL balancing.

Lost/Stolen Reports

Visa chargeback and disputes

Basic Entrust knowledge

Explanation of plastic denials or issues
Product Servicing

Work various Purdue Federal, Co-Op, and VISA reports
o
GL Balancing
Member Services
o
General member and staff inquiry
o
Correct errors and support branch staff in regards to the Visa loan/card product
