Computer skills required. Hours 8:30 - 4:30 Background check required. _ Reconcile & Balance Deposit and Cash items. answer customer inquiries by phone, mail or internet. Research and resolve problem accounts and disputes. Duties as assigned. _ SKILLS - 1. Excellent communications and telephone skills. 2. Works well with public and co workers. 3. Operation of fax machine, adding machine, copier, postage machines, printer and typewriter. 4. Basic computer skills. 5. Knowledge and understanding of government rules and regulations pertaining to deposit accounts and bank policies and procedures for deposit accounts. 6. Good grammar and letter writing skills. 7. This position will comply with the Gramm Leach Bliley Act (GLBA), the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the USA Patriot Act (CIP). Customer due Diligence (CDD), including reporting suspicious activities to the SA Department as well as other banking and company regulations an rules.
