About the Role:

As a CBRE Content and Systems Administrative, you will provide business operations administrative support to multiple departments or managers.

This job is part of the Business Operations function. They are responsible for providing support to a client, business function, or individual contributor.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive and lead information, content, documentation, organizational, and other similar projects.

  • Improve/create content, documentation, spreadsheets, reports, and other data.

  • Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems with little or no precedent.

  • Comfortable self-learning new UIs, systems, and document & data structures.

  • Work with budgets, financial, and other structured or unstructured data.

  • Evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.

  • Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.

  • Provide support for the coordination of complex meetings, events, or a series of thereof.

  • Perform other duties such as but not limited to researching or preparing collateral materials.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years of job-related experience preferred.

  • IT adaptability (as referenced above, comfortable with new UIs and IT systems).

  • Prose (colloquial, adaptable, academic) and technical (software/construction basics) writing.

  • Advanced organizational skills; physical, scheduling, data, etc.

  • A comprehensive understanding of processes, systems, and concepts within own job function.

  • Efficiently use present or future IT systems/software (e.g. Coupa, Asana, ticketing, etc.).

  • Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content concisely and logically.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office. E.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, VB, etc.

  • Math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Content & Systems Analyst position is $70,000.00 annually [or $33.65 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Content & Systems Analyst position is $90,000.00 annually [or $43.27 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
