Job Title: Renovation Tech- OC
Job Description
We are seeking skilled and dedicated professionals to join our team as Renovation Technicians.
In this role, you will work in teams of two, renovating vacant apartments.
Your duties will include performing basic plumbing tasks such as changing faucets and shower heads, electrical work like installing ceiling fans, carpentry tasks including installing baseboards and door casings, as well as drywall work such as patching holes or replacing sections of drywall.
The job sites are located in Santa Ana, Anaheim, and Orange.
Hard Skills
Proficient in at least 2 of the following areas: Carpentry, Electrical work, Plumbing, Drywall repair
Possession of necessary tools: Skilsaw, Sawzall, cordless drill or impact, finish nail gun, grinder, hand tools

- This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 720 Hours(s)
Work Site
- This is a fully on-site position in Orange County
Work Environment
We offer a consistent, Monday-Friday schedule, with working hours from 7:45 am to 4:30 pm.
You'll be collaborating closely with a teammate to refurbish vacant apartments.
