The opportunity

Facilitate the delivery of IT Services in support of the Commercial Operations for the Anda business. To be successful in this role the incumbent will need to think strategically, harness innovation, foster creativity, and deliver solutions. The key focus area for this role is Ecommerce, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Warehouse Management solutions for the Anda business. The incumbent will work with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and other cross functional and business resources to deliver and/or support the delivery of projects/initiatives. The Business Analyst III will also assist in the administration and enhancement of current solutions and implementation of new solutions.

Additionally, the incumbent will develop effective working relationships with the business, and be expected to work with the business to reengineer business processes and manage change into the organization.

How you’ll spend your day

All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position by any incumbents with reasonable accommodation if necessary. Any non-essential functions are assumed to be included in other related duties or assignments.

• Work with stakeholders to understand the business and document current state business processes, understanding dependencies on upstream processes/groups and impacts on downstream processes/groups

• For new initiatives, develop future state process flows to facilitate business understanding and requirements definition

• Create effective relationships with business stakeholders to management expectations and alignment of team priorities with the business

• Design solutions that meet business needs and requirements

• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and results

• Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management

• Serve as Project Manager for small-scale initiatives

• Responsible for developing project-related deliverables as needed, e.g. project plan, resource plan, status reports, issue escalations etc. as appropriate for size and complexity of efforts

• Works with Quality Assurance Analysts to design and refine tests

• Coordinate user acceptance testing with business stakeholders and end users

• Update, implement, and maintain procedures

Your experience and qualifications

Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.

Education/Certification/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Management from an accredited college or university

• Must have 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst

• Proven experience managing IT projects, and initiatives

• Proven experience influencing business process change and adoption of new approaches and tools

• Experience working within an Agile Development project framework and a strong understanding of Agile Methodologies

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

• Experience with MS Office suite of tools and software, especially Excel, Project and Visio

• Relevant certifications such as CBAP, or PMP as plus

• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira
