Specialized Staffing and Industry Recruiters Administrative Coordinator in Wexford, Pennsylvania

SUMMARY This is a high technology international company that provides mobile devices and integrated software systems for warehouses and distribution centers. This person provides support to clients and employees in the US corporate office, located in Wexford, PA.

POSITION Responsibilities include: •    Receiving mobile headsets and devices that are being returned by clients and shipping them out for repair. •    Putting together and sending out simple estimates and proposals for client requests.  •    Coordinating and participating in weekly team meetings. •    Ordering lunches and setting up rooms. •    Sending out and processing customer surveys. Reporting customer feedback to the team. •    Maintaining updated lists of employees and contact information. Tracking overtime. •    Answering phones (low call volume), email composition, filing, faxing, copying, scanning, creating spreadsheets, processing incoming / outgoing mail, ordering supplies, and printing documents. •    Internal and external communications with employees and clients. Greeting, welcome, and assist visitors. •    Coordination and scheduling of domestic and international travel arrangements for employees.

This is a full-time position with a Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm work schedule. Salary depends on skills and experience. Excellent benefits and positive team-oriented company culture.

REQUIREMENTS •    Relevant skills and experience in a professional office environment. •    Personable, positive, self-motivated, professional, and articulate. •    Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills. •    Able to prioritize and manage tasks independently. •    Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
