Full Time roles are eligible for the above, plus:

Job Specifications:

  • Expected Pay Range: $22.00 - $28.43 / hour

  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time Available

  • Skill Level: Advanced

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide insights on guest experience by analyzing qualitative/unstructured data and identify areas for improvement: This includes our post-trip survey program, guest services feedback forms, social media channels, and enquiries via our department inbox.

  • Identify customer insights and market trends and communicate findings at the executive and managerial level. Act as liaison between external research companies, the GX team in Broomfield, and department leaders and establish a structure for regularly sharing GX insights.

  • Interact with guests in a positive and professional manner, respond to email enquiries (both internally and externally generated). Social media monitoring and engagement on all channels as needed. Manage Whistler Blackcomb Trip Advisor accounts.

  • Building and maintaining strong inter-departmental relationships will be an important focus of the position. Ad-hoc cross-departmental projects.

  • Provide training, guidance and support to junior staff. Ensure that scheduling, payroll, cash outs, Employee reviews and progressive discipline are managed appropriately. Coordinate hiring, training and professional development.

  • Manage Whistler Blackcomb’s daily weather & operational communications (TOM, weekly activity report, #WBOps tweets, and edits to the Whistler Blackcomb website as need be) including: messaging, composition, recording, and results tracking.

  • Ensure accuracy for the Epic Mix App and Lumniplan Updates.

  • Work cohesively with Alpine Office, Public Relations and Product, Sales and Services to ensure clear and concise communication.

  • Work closely with the PSS leadership team. Coordinate job share’s within the PSS division.
