DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this position, you will help maintain Hickory Run State Park grounds and facilities. This will include various tasks like cleaning road culverts, mowing grass, tree planting, and custodial work. Additionally, you will assist in the maintenance and cleaning of park vehicles and equipment. Operating and maintaining various equipment, such as mowers and weed eaters, will be among your assigned tasks. Lastly, you will assist park visitors and disperse information in a friendly, helpful manner.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Seasonal, full-time employment without benefits. The season runs from approximately March through November at which time the employee is placed on leave without pay. Shift hours and days vary due to operational need, with a 30-minute lunch Weekends, holidays, and all shifts as needed at 37.5 hours per week You will receive further communication regarding this position via email. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year of experience in laboring work including the use of tools and equipment used in maintenance or construction; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
