We combine the latest distribution, warehouse and logistic technology with professionals who understand the importance of accuracy and timeliness.\ \ Salary:\$40K Annually\ SCHEDULE:Mon-Fri 12:30am - 9:00 am, Rotating Saturdays\ PERKS OF THE JOB:Henry Industries offers a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, company paid life insurance, 401(k), and P TO\ \ WHAT YOU\'LL DO:\ Start a career path with a company that\'s passionate about you and your development as a leader\ Provide support to the Operations Manager ensuring all daily tasks across the facility aresatisfactorily completed\ Supervise and assist your team of Warehouse Associates load, unload, sort and move product and materials both manually and with equipment\ Collaborate with Operations Manager for expected in-bound deliveries\ Monitor and perform scanning processes on customer freight with Associates\ Transport product efficiently and safely to staging area(s)\ Be proactive by maintaining a clean work area that is free of hazards\ Be flexible with duties/schedule, depending on level of workload\ \ WHAT YOU\'LL NEED:\ A Can-Do attitude and willingness to lead and assist others\ Ability to work independently and with your team and to carry out assignments to completion\ Ability to read/understand product labels\ Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, be pleasant and provide exemplary customer service\ Excellent ATTENTION TO DETAIL\ \ WHAT YOU\'LL HAVE:\ High school diploma or GED equivalent required\ 1+ year of previous warehouse experience preferred but not required\ Forklift experience is helpful, but not required\ \ PHYSICAL EXPECTATIONS:\ Standing/walking/bending for extended periods of time\ Carrying/balancing/lifting\ Capacity to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. intermittently\ \ If you are a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we encourage you to apply.
