Weekend On-Call Telephone Operator Job Description Homewatch CareGivers of Williamsport is looking for a dependable and eager On-Call Telephone Operator to cover our emergency on-call telephone during 2nd and 3rd shifts on Fridays, as well as 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts on Saturdays & Sundays. Responsibilities: -Receive and respond to calls in a courteous and timely manner. -Coordinate client care based on Plan of Care needs. -Log on-call events accurately. -Maintain confidentiality of all parties. Requirements: -Caregiving experience preferred, but not required. -Knowledge of home health care processes. -Experience providing exceptional customer service. -Outstanding communication and people skills. -Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively. -Ability to pass a criminal background check.
