Citigroup Citi Travel Digital Customer Experience & Project Management VP in Wilmington, Delaware
Citi Travel provides customers with the ability to earn and redeem ThankYou® points by booking flights, hotels, car rentals and attractions. Citi Travel is part of the ThankYou Rewards program and serves as a key part of the overall rewards strategy. This role will focus on using new analytics tools to better understand customer behavior and challenges across the digital experience. Using the information learned from analytic tools, this role will also provide support in customer communications, marketing promotions and required governance approvals.
This role will be responsible for the following:
Creating a customer journey using digital analytic tools & reporting
Partnering with Citi Digital teams to increase customer engagement on Citi-owned digital placements
Monitoring and presenting promotional performance & site analytics
Maintaining and monitoring Travel T&Cs and FAQs
Tactical Marketing Reviews & Approvals
Monitoring reporting on site-wide analytics across Citi
Supporting project plans related to change management and governance approvals
Management of Project Planning requirements for Quarterly projects
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Credit Cards and/or Loyalty Programs
Excellent relationship skills and ability to form strong networks
Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
Project management and governance experience with the proven ability to develop project plans and drive a diverse group of stakeholders to identify and achieve milestones within deadlines.
Superior organizational skills, with proven ability to successfully manage multiple, concurrent priorities in addition to strong judgment and critical thinking skills.
Self-motivated with a passion for establishing and maintaining a culture of control within the business.
Demonstrated relationship management skills with ability to deepen relationships, build partnerships, and influence a group of diverse stakeholders across the businesses and key functional support areas.
Detail oriented, with proven ability to question and identify opportunities within existing processes and business practices by leveraging previous experiences and knowledge of the business.
Deep functional knowledge of Credit Card Rewards is a plus.
Pragmatic problem-solver, forward thinker with independence of thought.
