In this role, you will:
Lead managers to sustain change and achieve desired performance results within Change Management
Contribute to implementation strategy, methods and plans related to change implementation
Review moderately complex projects, and implementation of strategy, and methods
Engage in action planning and execute action plan based on gaps or needs
Make recommendations on factors that may impact change adoption and sustainability
Research performance trends
Resolve data, logistics, project support issues, and lead team to meet production deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of trends, risk, and compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, risk, compliance, and managers to resolve production issues, and achieve goals
Serve as a mentor
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years large scale Project Management experience
Desired Qualifications:
Experience/knowledge with treasury management products and services
Prior experience leveraging MS Project and/or Jira
Prior project management experience including planning and managing a project end to end
Certification of PMT and/or CTP
Strong customer focus and someone who has demonstrated past achievements applying a customer mindset to shape strategies and action plans
Ability to work across multiple teams and functions to align and deliver against project plan
Excellent verbal and presentation skills, with experience working with teams in multiple locations
Demonstrated prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once
Experience in managing partner relationships and/or external vendors.
Highly organized individual who can establish and successfully drive results against goals
Job Expectations:
Position will report to one of the posted locations as per Enterprise/LOB guidance currently on a hybrid schedule

Charlotte, NC: $73,100 -$129,000
Dallas, TX: $73,100 -$129,000
El Monte, CA: $80,400 – 143,000
Minneapolis, MN: $73,100 -$129,000
Philadelphia, PA: $80,400 – 143,000
Wilmington DE: $80,400 – 143,000
May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards. Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
