Description What you will do: Assist Work Controllers and the Maintenance and Inspection Departments in maintaining aircraft work packages. Order, establishes and maintains a file for all job cards, maintenance forms, and paperwork such as Engineering drawings, sketches and diagrams issued for each maintenance visit package. Logs and processes maintenance forms such as partial worksheets, weight change reports, component tags, component work orders, RFTS, REA's and other customer supplied maintenance forms. Performs final inventory of completed work pages with Inspection Department to ensure all documentation is accounted for and all tally sheets have been signed. What you need: High School Diploma OR equivalent 2 years data entry or word processing experience Type 40 wpm Ability to effectively work with Microsoft Office products, email, and web-based applications Be able to work independently with little or no direction Excellent communication skills to effectively work with a variety of individuals, departments and organizations. Must be able to work any shift.
