Quality Auditor
Responsibilities
Provide customer service and dispatch support.
Communicate effectively with personnel, including truck drivers, shipping or warehouse managers, business owners, and internal sales and operations staff.
Perform data entry tasks related to shipments, warehouse inventory levels, and purchase orders.
Manage databases and inventory using proprietary software similar to Microsoft Excel.
Assist drivers with loads, answer calls from drivers, schedule loads, and build and amend package lists.
Essential Skills
Strong multi-tasking abilities.
Proficiency in data entry and working within spreadsheets similar to Microsoft Excel.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people including high-level managers, customers, business owners, truckers, and warehouse workers.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
