Are you a skilled financial professional passionate about making a difference? Join our non profit in Baltimore, Maryland as our new Controller. We need someone to help us to achieve our mission and oversee all accounting operations and the financial statements. This role has a competitive salary between $150-$160K and requires 4 days per week in our Baltimore office to help build out our team of dedicated professionals. Looking to start someone ASAP!
salary: $150,000 - $160,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
Oversee day to day transactional accounting including AP, AR, Payroll, Month-End, Financial Reporting, Reconciliations and payments.
Prepare monthly financial statements and prepare monthly analysis.
Responsible for 990, 403b audits and A-133 audit.
Manage and supervise a team of 7-8 people.
Complete annual performance reviews.
Prepare and drive budget reporting.
Develop internal controls.
Grant Reporting for local, state and federal funded grants.
Experience in Sage Intacct is a plus.
Experience with Medicaid or Healthcare a plus.
Passion for non profit is a must.
Bachelors in Accounting or Finance is a must.
CPA is a plus.
