Job Description
We are looking for a versatile Machine Operator to join our team. The selected candidate will handle various tasks including machine operating, replacing carbon fiber bails, operating a sit-down forklift, sweeping floors, and filling bins.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Winona, Minnesota.
Work Environment
Our work environment is clean and comfortable, featuring personalized AC units and mini fridges on each line, along with plenty of natural light. We operate across three shifts, with a total of about 40 production employees. We offer a supportive environment with many long-tenured employees for new hires to learn from. Break schedules include 10-minute breaks and a 30-minute paid lunch break. Dress Code requires a long sleeve shirt and pants, with either steel or composite toed shoes. We provide uniforms where required, along with safety glasses and ear protection. Earbuds are allowed to be worn in one ear.
