Quality Engineer

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement technical quality solutions to optimize production and assembly processes.

  • Conduct and oversee quality checks and inspections of designated products or manufacturing processes.

  • Make decisions regarding the blocking of suspect or defective parts or products, pending further review.

  • Coordinate with management to address customer complaints and manage related costs.

  • Manage and analyze customer warranty cases to determine root causes and corrective actions.

  • Implement and verify the application and effectiveness of quality standards and initiatives.

  • Support the preparation and conduction of internal and external audits.

  • Collaborate with local Quality Management and Quality Customer Service teams to initiate corrective actions.

  • Create customer deviations for parts outside of standard.

  • Assist the inspection department with quality equipment troubleshooting.

Your Qualifications

  • BS-Engineering or equivalent

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to create technical concepts for quality optimization

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Experience in managing customer complaints and implementing corrective actions

  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

  • This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
