ManpowerGroup Materials Manager in Winston Salem, North Carolina

Our client, Textile Manufacturer is seeking a Materials Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and organized which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Materials Manager

Location: Winston Salem, NC

Pay Range: $90K-$120K

Hrs: M-F 8-5pm

What’s the Job?

  • Directs production and inventory control, shipping and receiving, and materials storage.

  • Directs production planning and scheduling based on sales orders and forecasts.

  • Communicates with suppliers and customers to drive material forecasts.

  • Develops or maintains reports, analytics and metrics for functional areas that measure performance to plan.

  • Align inventory requirements with sales and operations planning and/or the demand schedule.

What’s Needed?

  • Proficient with inventory reporting systems.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

  • Working knowledge of Epicor Kinetic ERP system desired.Prior experience with ERP system implementation strongly preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to work well with all levels of management and staff.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required.
