Job Title: Shift Service Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Shift Service Assembler to build, modify, and functionally test a variety of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration assemblies. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work with minimal supervision, perform detailed assembly tasks, and troubleshoot issues effectively. Key responsibilities include reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics, performing various assembly operations such as wiring, soldering, and tube bending, and conducting functional tests like pressure leak testing and thermal capacity testing. Additionally, maintaining a clean work area and adhering to safety standards is essential.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Woburn, Massachusetts.

Work Environment

The role is based in a very clean, lean manufacturing facility where you will work in small team cells. The standard work hours are 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Dress code is casual, including jeans and a company shirt. This position offers a temp-to-perm opportunity with a very stable and high-tech company.
