Role Description: Responsible for supporting IFS Application and Users

What will you be responsible for:

  • Work with business to develop and improve business processes in IFS

  • Provide IFS end user support for application usage and troubleshooting

  • Manage IFS User application security and application configuration

  • Create and maintain IFS Crystal and SQL quick report

  • Assist in creation of IFS custom menus, fields, events, and interfaces

  • Provide support for financial and government audits

Qualifications:

What will you need to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required.

  • IFS Application implementation and/or support experience – Required

  • Extensive knowledge of IFS configurations, business process in procurement, sales, financials - Required

  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects – Required

  • SQL skills in Oracle environment – Required

  • Experience in collaborating with internal users and external consultants – Required

  • Effective collaboration and communication skills - Required
