Hollywood Vineyards, LLC, is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician at its Hollywood Vineyards Retail Center in the Tourist District of Woodinville. The position comes with various responsibilities, including inspecting buildings, overseeing repairs, conducting various maintenance tasks, overseeing heating and plumbing functions, evaluating different systems, responding to tenant issues, assisting with system setups and repairs, and handling pest control duties. In addition, we require a valid driver's license, willingness to undergo background and drug tests upon hire, availability for on-call emergencies, weekend availability and a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
Requirements: - Carpentry knowledge and aptitude for operating construction equipment and tools - Ability to supervise and work well alone or in a team environment - Strong attention to detail to maintain quality workmanship - Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients/tenants and address needs - Ability to fabricate materials as needed for renovation projects - Proficient in English for effective communication on the job site - Leadership skills to guide and motivate team members
