Job Title: Superintendent of Construction
Job Description
The candidate will assist the owner in managing construction projects in the field and perform administrative tasks, including handling paperwork and other related duties.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee construction projects in the field.
Assist with administrative tasks and paperwork.
Provide leadership and direction to construction teams.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate and schedule project tasks and activities.
Resolve any issues or problems that arise during construction.
Maintain high standards of construction quality management.
Essential Skills
Several years of experience in masonry or construction.
Proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in the field with stone masonry.
Office experience in construction administration.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
