Internship Outcome
The intern would gain real-world experience in a regional Learning & Development (L&D) team by taking part in the full L&D cycle for a wide range of audience, e.g., new managers and new entrants, particularly in the aspects of technical and soft skills. In addition, the intern would have the experience of using Articulate and other media software to develop engaging media content, like VR and bite-sized videos.
Job Description
Assist in the development of bite-sized videos for leadership development, soft skills and technical training content
Assist in the development of VR content for leadership development, soft skills and technical training content
Support the coordination of training sessions, workshop and other learning events
Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes through feedback and performance metrics
Support the onboarding process by contributing to the administrative and content creation of materials
Conduct research to stay updated on industry best practices in employee development
Provide administrative support for various learning and development activities
