Position Summary
As the Product Manager you will support the development of Supplemental Benefits at CVS Health. You will drive optimization of existing programs and partnerships, identify potential strategies, develop new initiatives, and collaborate on long-term product and partnership roadmap. You will be focused delivering strategic partnership programs that facilitate innovation to ensure CVS provides the leading Supplemental Benefits offering.
You will work closely within the department and partner with internal and external teams to develop a multi-channel offering focused on HSA/FSA, SNAP, and other partnership areas. In this role you will be a key influencer in creating and innovating highly visible programs for the Supplemental Benefits team.
In this role you will:
Drive product growth through building tailored partnership strategies focused on HSA/FSA, SNAP, affinity groups, and other channel engagement strategies
Identify areas for improvement, then design, launch, and scale innovative offerings
Collaborate cross-functionally to demonstrate subject matter expertise, understand client needs and analyze competitive intelligence
Leverage insights and data to ensure that OTCHS (CVS Supplemental Benefits team) leads the market in supplemental benefits for our clients and key partners
Support business opportunities and communicate with team on ideas for improvement of operational processes, project management, and analytics
Close collaboration with key internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and partners
Superior financial acumen
Engage with multiple leaders at key partners and work collaboratively to drive solutions
Collaborate with other team members to pitch new ideas to partners
Prepare high quality materials to support presentations to senior leadership and other internal groups
Required Qualifications
3+ years’ experience consulting, product development, Fintech, health plan or general partnership industries
3+ years of experience working on cross-functional teams, internally or with partners
Ability to travel at least 10-15%
Preferred Qualifications
Corporate healthcare experience: payor, provider, or other relevant other experience
Demonstrated influencer with impact driving mindset in a fast-paced environment
Product strategy and implementation
Strong analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both colleagues and partners
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
MBA
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$63,300.00 - $152,600.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
