Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Manufacturing industry located in Wooster, Ohio. This role will primarily focus on handling customer interactions, maintaining data accuracy, and dispatching technicians based on customer needs.
Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or concerns.
• Use Microsoft Excel and other software to maintain and update customer data.
• Handle email correspondence with customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Schedule appointments according to customer needs and technician availability.
• Enter customer orders into the system accurately and efficiently.
• Dispatch technicians to appropriate locations based on customer service calls.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in answering inbound calls in a detail-oriented manner.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Proficiency in data entry with high levels of accuracy.
• Ability to handle email correspondence effectively and efficiently.
• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and analysis.
• Proven experience in order entry, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, prioritizing based on urgency.
