The Dayton division has recently been named as one of only five prime awardees for the 10-year, $4.7 billion NOVASTAR contract supporting the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), WPAFB, Ohio.

The ideal candidate will develop all-source integrated assessments on foreign command, control, communications, and computer (C4) capabilities, telecommunication networks, architectures, and processes. Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a technical team and have effective oral and written communication skills. Successful candidates will have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Work is contingent upon successful award and expected to begin in mid-late August. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Job Duties:

  • Perform classified information discovery, analysis, compilation, and reporting on the performance, characteristics, capabilities, and vulnerabilities of adversary C4ISR.

  • Write analysis reports and develop briefings.

  • Work independently and in a team environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • At a minimum, bachelor's degree in engineering. Preferably EE.

  • 5 - 10 years of experience.

  • Applicant Must have an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance, with SCI access.

  • Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.

  • Located or willingness to relocate to the Dayton, Ohio area.

Desired Experience:

  • Advanced telecommunications or cyber degree.

  • Knowledge and experience in C4ISR systems and processes, operational application of C4ISR, and DIODE database experience.

  • Knowledge and experience in telecommunication fundamentals, network configuration, and enhanced research capabilities.

  • Cyber operations experience.

  • Knowledge of model-based systems engineering process.

  • Experience with decision making charts, timelines, information flow, and functional relationships in support of Countering Advanced Conventional Weapons (CACW).

  • Experience with Countering Unmanned Aerial Systems (cUAS).

ADA Notations:

  • Regular communication (hearing/speaking).

  • Noise conditions range from very quiet to very noisy.

  • Prolonged use of computer (typing/keyboarding).

  • Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, stand, and walk.

  • Ability to travel by car, air or other means of transportation, if required.
