Accounts Payable (AP)is responsible for the timely and correct processing of particular accounting transactions according to corporate documentation.

About the role:

​Customer Service Specialistentails dealing with customers' inquiries and providing a high quality of internal customer service. While reporting to AP Team leader, in this role you will also support local teams in accounting activities.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Providing high quality of customer service

  • Developing and maintaining good relationships with Suppliers and Local Business Units

  • Monitoring process performance related KPIs and metrics to identify potential opportunities for improvements

  • Reconciling supplier statements and accounts

  • Preparing data, reports and constantly looking for process improvements and effectiveness increase

What makes you a good fit for this role?

  • Good command of English (at least B2)

  • 1-2 years of commercial professional experience preferably in comparable position and industry would be an advantage

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work within tight operational deadlines and handle a number of tasks and priorities
