Zakres obowiązków:

• Organizacja transportów krajowych i zagranicznych , w tym transportów od kooperantów i dostawców

• Przygotowywanie dokumentacji dotyczącej transportów, zleceń transportowych, dokumentów powiązanych z obsługą transportową

• Przygotowywanie dokumentów wydania „WZ"

• Archiwizacja dokumentacji wysyłkowej w formie elektronicznej

• Wyjaśnianie niezgodności w dostawach, reklamacji dostaw, przekierowywanie przesyłek na inny adres

• Awizacja dostaw, wysyłka drogą elektroniczną dokumentacji dotyczącej wysyłek, świadectw jakościowych, itp.

• Organizacja wywozu śmieci, odpadów i złomu

Oczekiwania:

• Doświadczenie na anologicznym stanowisku w branży produkcyjnej min. 3 lata

• Znajomość dokumentacji magazynowo - transportowej

• Umiejętność nawiązywania/utrzymywania kontaktów z przewoźnikami

• Doświadczenie w pracy w dziale spedycji lub logistyki

• Wykształcenie – min. średnie.

• Znajomość Microsoft Office, prawo jazdy B

• Znajomość j. angielskiego w stopniu komunikatywnym
