Zakres zadań:

• Kontrola na wejściu półproduktów oraz produktów gotowych od dostawców

• Kontrola końcowa półproduktów oraz produktów gotowych z produkcji

• Kontrola wejściowa certyfikatów materiałów hutniczych i detali wracających z kooperacji

• Odbiór pierwszej sztuki w procesie produkcji

• Przekazywanie wszelkich informacji o niezgodnościach do Inżyniera Jakości Systematyczne prowadzenie rejestru reklamacji do dostawców, weryfikacja terminowość oraz efektywności akcji korygujących

• Przygotowywanie detali (hala A i hala B) do wysyłki - kooperacji (pasywacja, cynkowanie) wraz z przygotowaniem kompletu dokumentacji

• Aktywny udział w wewnętrznych spotkaniach jakościowych (QRQC). Zaangażowanie w rozwój i optymalizację obszaru i procesu jakości Przeprowadzanie badań VT(wizualne), PT (penetracyjne), MT (magnetyczno-proszkowe) zgodnie z uprawnieniami

• Przeprowadzanie pomiarów przy pomocy ramienia pomiarowego FARO oraz przygotowywanie raportów i protokołów kontrolnych

• Ewidencja, kalibracja i nadzór nad przyrządami pomiarowymi

• Wsparcie jakościowe podczas wdrażania nowych projektów i transferów (np. przygotowanie instrukcji montażu i kontroli).

Kwalifikacje

• Wykształcenie techniczne - elektrotechnika lub odpowiednie doświadczenie zawodowe

• Podstawowa znajomość rysunków elektrycznych / schematów elektrycznych / schematów okablowania

• Podstawowa znajomość procesów specjalnych np. zaciskanie, lutowanie, usuwanie izolacji będzie dodatkowym atutem

• Bardzo dobra znajomość rysunku technicznego

• Bardzo dobra znajomość przyrządów pomiarowych

• Umiejętność czytania rys. technicznego w j. niem./ang Wykształcenie techniczne

• Doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku min. 3 lata

• Znajomość Microsoft Office

• Sumienność Samodzielność i zaangażowanie Etyka zawodowa

• Sprawność fizyczna
