工作职责：
负责ABB喷涂机器人、调漆间、喷房供循环风的设备维护和日常抢修工作
保证设备开动率，确保MTTR指标的达成
和工艺工程师一起，围绕喷涂各类质量问题进行原因分析和解决
编制所负责设备操作规程、保养计划、应急预案等，并做好预防性维修工作
负责编制相关培训教材，培训和提升机器人设备技术员的设备维修技能
开展各类持续改善工作，提高效率、节能、提升设备安全性
领导安排的其他工作
背景/经验：
• 全日制大专及以上学历
• 3年以上喷涂行业的工作经验，熟悉喷涂工艺和流程
• 熟悉ABB机器人编程软件（robot studio，工业监控软件Robot View，仿形软件：Shop Floor）
• 熟悉ABB喷涂机器人设备、输调漆设备、喷房供循环风设备工作原理、常见设备故障以及处理方法
• 具备0到1的喷涂仿形编程经验，有独立负责导入新产品的仿形项目经验
• 熟悉车身外观油漆质量缺陷，并了解如何加以控制和改善
• 熟悉杜尔雾化器，具备维护保养的能力
• 英语读写良好
• 具备卓越的自驱力，工作责任心，精益求精的技术人员的精神
