您将作为我们团队的核心成员，推进深度学习平台研发体系，推动视觉平台在集团内部推广使用。
岗位要求：
机器视觉、人工智能相关领域博士学位。
深入研究深度学习算法与原理，能够独立进行深度学习算法的研发，包括网络设计、训练、优化和部署。
至少精通一种深度学习框架，如TensorFlow、PyTorch、Keras等，参与过深度学习平台或相关系统的开发工作。
对3C领域的缺陷检测有深入研究，具备实际项目开发经验。
熟悉常用的软件架构和设计模式，有一定的应用架构设计能力，实现算法到应用的转化。
能够独立评估模型所需要的算力，可以在嵌入式平台或X86平台完成模型优化和加速。
具备较强的数学功底和编程能力，能够解决算法开发中的技术难题。
优秀的团队协作能力，能够与团队成员有效沟通并协同工作。
具备良好的英语听说读写能力。
