As an Account Representative II focused in the Denver market with responsibilities throughout Colorado, Wyoming, and New Mexico, you will work with automotive collision repair shop customers to grow our market share.

Executing the business strategy and driving sales growth in the local markets through identifying customer and market needs within your assigned market responsibility.
Increasing sales growth by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, closing sales and recommending new products and services (70% of the role will be focused on adding new business).
Managing existing relationships and developing new ones.
Establishing trust and value in our ever-changing industry.
Retaining business and driving sales growth in Colorado, Wyoming, and New Mexico, with a home base within the Denver metro area.
If you...
Have a Bachelors Degree (preferred), HS Diploma (or equivalent acceptable) with relevant work experience
Areexperienced infield sales, territory management, and customer relations
Have experience in the collision industry (preferred), strong interpersonal skills, robust relationship-building and value-based selling skills
Are a solid professional who will value our current customer base while also being aggressive to win new BASF business

Pay transparency
BASF is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $96,000 - $120,000. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
