We are seeking a professional like you to provide support to the WEPC Engineering Plastics operation in Wyandotte, MI. In this role as a Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible to develop, maintain and manage the finite production schedule for our plant operations. You will serve as a key interface between Supply Chain and site Manufacturing to ensuring our production plan is optimized to support customer orders.

As a Supply Chain Planner, you create chemistry by...

  • Being responsible for administering a finite production schedule for all finished goods and intermediates produced in the WEPC plant.

  • Ensuring our production schedule is adhered to and optimized based on established business priorities.

  • Monitoring critical customer orders and communicating necessary production changes to site Manufacturing

  • Collaborating with Supply Chain, Operations, Product Management and Customer Care to ensure all communication is clear and priorities are aligned.

  • Managing portfolio of raw materials to coordinate supply with production needs of plant.

  • Monitoring and maintain inventory levels in alignment with business goals.

  • Identifying further opportunities for improvements within our supply chain processes to overcome obstacles across the organization.

If you...

  • Possess knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or a related field

  • Have detailed working knowledge of SAP platform, Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of planning tools and processes

  • Possess strong organizational skills will be essential and ability to communicate effectively

  • Possess analytical Thinking

  • Have leadership skills and the ability to work as a cross-functional team member
