Job Description
LPN Charge nurse - responsible for medication administration and treatment of elders; also responsible for appropriate and accurate documentation of care provided, including use of MAR, TAR, incident reporting and nurses notes; must be able to effectively direct bedside care provided by C.N.A. teams and maintain reliable communication with Clinical Support Team and providers (MD and NP) regarding changes in status or clinical needs for care
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
At least six months experience working in a hospital, long term care facility, or other health care institution, with training or experience implementing total patient care and care planning, and in making sound nursing judgments; will have taken courses in nursing management or supervision and in rehabilitative and restorative nursing; hold membership in professional association(s).
Minimum Qualifications
Must be at least 19 years of age. LPN degree from an accredited nursing program, college or university.
