The Shadowfax Corporation - Pattison Street Staff Development Instructor in York, Pennsylvania
- Full-time position, 40 hrs/wk, Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm, with occasional evenings and weekends. Unpaid half-hour lunch break
- $19.30/hr to start: an additional $0.75/hr upon successful completion of the 90-day introductory period
- Manage and develop training for all staff members per Shadowfax Policies and Procedures. Coordinate with internal and external trainers when applicable
- Obtain and maintain instructor certifications for First Aid/CPR and others as determined by the training needs. Conduct trainings for staff and/or external agencies as needed
- Manage staff roles, training plans, training content, files and due dates via Learning Management System and/or hardcopies
- Execute and carry out all recommendations and decisions of committees
- Experience in ID/A field is preferred
- Experience using a learning management system is preferred
Certification in First Aid/CPR is preferred
Required
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree in a human service or education field and at least 1 year of experience in a training role OR
- High School diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience in a training role
- Must possess a valid driver's license and at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria
