Job Title: Machinist
Job Description
Seeking a skilled Machinist to work with CNC equipment, including Horizontal Machining Center, HBM, VTL, and Vertical Milling Center. Responsibilities include interpreting prints and drawings, programming, reviewing, editing, and troubleshooting machining processes. The role requires loading large parts (20 ton plus) using an overhead crane, setting up, milling, turning, drilling, and tapping fabrications on live spindle VTL. Additionally, measuring, marking, and scribing dimensions on first-run parts, cleaning and inspecting parts, selecting and securing holding fixtures, cutting tools, and materials on machines. Calculate and set controls to regulate machine features such as speed, feed, depth, and angle of cut. Perform routine maintenance on machines.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Youngstown, Ohio.
Work Environment
1st SHIFT: 6AM-4PM, 50 hours a week, possibly including 4 hours on Saturdays. This job is located in a job shop environment where very large parts, frequently weighing 20 tons or more, are manufactured.
