Oracle Principal Program Manager-ProdDev in ZAPOPAN, Mexico

Job Description

Provisioning CoE team is looking for passionate, innovative, and talented team players who put customer success above everything, we provide Accelerated Provisioning Resolution to achieve the Accelerated Activation Experience for Oracle’s customers. The team oversees the manual and automated provisioning processes and is the business owner of provisioning automation for all Cloud services. The team drives the centralization of provisioning processes across all services.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing the long-term strategy and vision for continuous improvement of provisioning performance

  • Identifying, documenting and adopting best practices to improve provisioning experience

  • Operational ownership of provisioning for all Oracle Cloud offerings

  • Author and contribute to customer facing user guides, notifications and Self-Service Provisioning interfaces

  • Partner with business counterpart, product development teams to drive solution to reduce provisioning frictions

  • Build and enhance automated end-to-end monitoring/smart alerting to reduce the provisioning cycle time

  • Work with SaaS, Tech, GBU Product strategy teams, Development release teams and Oracle Cloud Framework solution teams to improve the provisioning experience across all products

  • Drive standard root cause analysis and defect/enhancement tracking across all technical teams & compliance tracking, influence new features in the Cloud Framework releases

  • Develop standards and controls to reduce release defects and regression

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • MBA/BS/B Tech/BE/M Tech degree with 9+ years of experience with a good academic background.

  • Team player who can work well with team members in a collaborative environment

  • Successful candidates should demonstrate high attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills, teamwork, verbal and written communication skills, excellent command of English and cheery helpfulness.

  • Strong ability to solve operational problems, with ability to identify and automate common routines

  • Dedicated team player, and excellent communication skills.

  • Good Knowledge on Incidents/Request and Change Management process

  • Identify defects and work with different technical teams in analyzing and following up on the issues

  • High degree of professionalism and integrity

  • Prior knowledge on the quoting, ordering, billing, cloud provisioning solution application is a plus

  • Experience with cloud products and cloud infrastructure

  • Prior provisioning process experience is a plus point.

  • Knowledge in any technology like SQL/Java/Web Technology is a big plus point.
