Job Description:
Badger Industries is a leading manufacturer of expansion joints. We are currently seeking a full time TIG Welder/Fitter. Welders are required to lay out, fit and weld fabricated, ferrous, non-ferrous, and forged components to assemble a structure to blueprint. Successful candidates will be required to grind, fit, weld, and clean up welds as needed. Some on the job training will be provided but applicants should have a working knowledge of basic hand tools and welding equipment. Day shift or night shift (with differential) are available.
Skills/Requirements:
- 1 Year Experience with TIG welding required
- Ability to lay out, fit, and weld fabricated components
- Knowledge of ferrous, non-ferrous, and forged materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Basic hand tool knowledge
- Welding equipment operation
- Technical or Trade School Diploma preferred
- Welding Certification Preferred
